The festival takes place along the Sumida River near Asakusa. The closest stations are Asakusa (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tobu Skytree Line) and Honjo-Azumabashi (Toei Asakusa Line). Expect heavy crowds on all lines from around 17:00. Plan to arrive early.
